Walter Kutschal

Walter joined Idealease in April 2025 and brings over 25 years of experience in transportation safety and operations. He has held leadership roles in safety and compliance across major carriers, including Lux Bus America, Brinks US, CVS Health, and Waste Management. Walter is a Certified Transportation Professional, OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer, and a Certified Director of Safety, with extensive experience delivering training on DOT regulations and fleet safety. He has also presented at industry conferences and is recognized for his expertise in driver training, compliance, and data-driven safety initiatives.
