Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Like many companies, we use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as pixels and web beacons). To learn more about how we use cookies and to manage your cookie settings, please see our Cookie Policy.

Meta and Marketing Automation

We use the Meta Pixel and Adobe Marketo to understand user behavior, measure ad effectiveness, and deliver targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram. Real-Time Collection: We use automated scripts (via Google Tag Manager) to capture information you provide in our web forms (such as email and phone number) in real-time. These "listening" scripts are disabled by default and only fire if you provide explicit, affirmative consent through our cookie banner. Limited Data Use (LDU): We have implemented Facebook’s 'Limited Data Use' feature for California residents. This ensures Meta processes your data as our service provider, restricting their use of your information for their own purposes. Opt-Out: You may exercise your right to opt-out through our cookie consent banner or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.

Google Analytics 4 & Advertising Integrations

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads to analyze site usage and track campaign performance. IP Privacy: GA4 is configured to protect your privacy; it does not log or store individual IP addresses. Salesforce Sync: Our Salesforce is integrated with Google Ads. This allows us to track "Offline Conversions," linking your interactions on our Site with our internal sales data to understand the full customer journey. Google Customer Match: We use hashed contact information (scrambled unique codes) from our internal database and Salesforce to show you relevant offers across Google Search, YouTube, and Gmail. Retention & Opt-Out: We retain user-level data for a maximum of 14 months. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics, you may use our consent banner or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
