Peterson Trucks now offers ThermaCat and ThermaCat-e diesel particulate filters from ESW Group. ThermaCat DPF’s offer an actively regenerating system that is ideal for vehicles with severe-duty cycles that create exhaust gas temperatures too low for traditional systems.
Combining a diesel post-injection regeneration component and a passive, catalytically-coated filter substrate, ThermaCat regeneration occurs during normal vehicle operation with no impact on performance, eliminating the need for downtime during the regeneration cycle.
